Mr. Baccich joined the Flagship team in 2014 and serves as Executive Vice President of Development and Co-Department Head. Thorn has worked in commercial real estate development since 2006 and specifically within the healthcare sector since 2010. Thorn's responsibilities include leadership of Flagship's development and construction management department. In addition to co-heading Flagship's development and construction management service line, Thorn is a member of Flagship's management team where he works closely with other departmental leaders to inform Flagship's growth strategy, best practices, provider relationships and outreach.
