Brannan advised, arranged or acquired $9 billion in healthcare real estate and has been the primary underwriter of a $1 billion recapitalization of the world’s largest airport logistics investment platform. He has underwritten and developed over $300 million in ground-up developments across the United States.
Brannan has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, equity placement, debt financing, underwriting, development, portfolio and asset evaluation, relationship management, and business development.
