Joe leads investment strategy and policy at Remedy and oversees investments into new medical property acquisitions and developments. He focuses on the execution of creative and efficient transactions that provide the right financial solutions for clients and partners while achieving return objectives for investors. Joe and his team are responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing all investment transactions and joint-venture relationships. Prior to joining Remedy, he served as Principal & Managing Director of Helios Companies, a real estate investment, construction management, and transaction advisory firm that he co-founded and grew to more than 90 professionals. During his 17-year career, Joe has completed more than $10 billion in real estate transactions.
