David DeRoche is a Vice President, Asset Management with Anchor Health Properties. Based in the San Diego, CA office, he oversees asset management and operational strategy for the firm's medical outpatient and specialty healthcare facilities across the Western United States. Working closely with the Property Management team, he focuses on driving performance and long-term value by guiding leasing strategy, managing risk, and ensuring financial targets are met across the portfolio. Dave brings more than 30 years of broad commercial real estate experience primarily focused on asset management and leasing of healthcare and office properties. Prior to joining Anchor, Dave served in a key role with Rady Children's Health, where he provided oversight and strategy for the system's commercial real estate portfolio in San Diego and Southern Riverside counties. Dave holds a California real estate broker license and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego.
