Mr. Yates is the Vice President of Master Planning and Advisory for ADAMS Management Services LLC, where he partners with healthcare systems across the U.S. to help them plan for growth and expansion. Throughout his 33-year career, Thomas has completed numerous master planning and advisory engagements and other consulting projects. He has served as a Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance and Financial Analyst for major healthcare organizations; directed a large private practice group of physicians including cardiology and cardiovascular surgery service lines; and led strategic planning and decision support functions for numerous facilities. Thomas holds both a B.B.A. and an M.S. from the University of Texas at Arlington.
