Special Discounts and Offers

Team Registration — Register 5 Team Members for the price of 4!
All registrants must be from the same company and register at the same time for the discount to apply. Equates to a 20% discount per person.

Healthcare Providers — Buy One, Get One Free!
Employees of a hospital, health system, or physician group may register a second person from their company for free with the purchase of a full paid registration. The free registrant must work for the same hospital/health system as the first-paid registrant.  Employees of third-party management firms do not qualify.

First-Time Healthcare Provider — FREE Registration!
Employees of a hospital, health system or physician group attending BOMA for the first-time are eligible for this offer.  Employees of third-party management firms do not qualify.  First-timer status subject to verification by BOMA.

Speakers and Sponsors - Please use the special registration code you received to complete the online registration form.

Government Employees — Please contact us at meetings@boma.org to receive the government rate discount code to complete the online registration form.

Attendance Policies

• Only individuals that register and present a valid 2026 conference attendee badge may attend conference activities. Entry will be denied to anyone without an official attendee badge.
   
• Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment is received. Confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during registration.  A few days prior to the conference, all registered attendees will receive a Know Before You Go email with detailed information and helpful reminders.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• Refunds, less a $100 processing fee, will be granted for requests received in writing by April 15, 2026. No refunds will be issued after this date. 
• Substitutions are accepted in lieu of cancellations.
• For Teams of 5, should one member of the team cancel, the Team discount is forfeited for the other four, unless a substitution is made. Each cancellation is subject to a $100 processing fee.
• For Healthcare Providers taking advantage of the "Buy One, Get One Free" offer, the complimentary registration is forfeited if one person cancels.

Sponsor Hospitality and Housing Policies

• Sponsors with private meeting rooms may host client meetings or hospitality events in their meeting room at any time. However, large hospitality events for BOMA attendees, whether on- or off-site, must not conflict with the conference schedule of events. Designated times for large hospitality events are Wednesday after 6:30 pm or Thursday after 5:30 pm.
• Housing Policy - To ensure hotel guestrooms are available to registered attendees, BOMA reserves the right to cancel hotel reservations booked by non-registrants within BOMA's room block at the conference hotel.
